CarFest is a family festival conceived by Chris Evans to celebrate all the things that he enjoys: music, cars and food.
The Southern festival is held on Laverstoke Park Farm in Hampshire over 3 days welcoming over 15,000 visitors and 7000 campers to enjoy in the events across the farm's 2500 acres.
Leaf Catering was brought in from the very beginning to operate a food offering that spanned all day, from early morning camper breakfasts to late night snacks and everything in between. This was about showcasing the great produce that comes from the farm in the simplest way possible to respect the ideal way that owner and farmer Jody Scheckter wants his food to be consumed.
The menu consisted of BBQ's, spit roasts and ice cream treats which were serviced throughout the three days, managed by sectional managers and overseen by Farhad himself.
